Renewal reminder

Dear Members, 

By now you should have received your 2021-2022 membership renewal notice. Please note that payment of subscriptions is due by the 30th of June 2021.

If you have not received your renewal notice, please contact the office on 9773 0628 or info@bankstowngolf.com.au and we will arrange a copy to be sent. 

Below is some important information regarding membership categories, payment and fees. 

Membership categories
Sunday/Public Holiday membership will no longer be available except for those members already in the category. However, if current members do not renew your fees by the due date or change categories, you will not be able to enter back into the Sunday/Public Holiday membership category. 

New Business membership options are available. Subscriptions are invoiced to your company and inclusions can vary based on your requirements. Click here to view the Business Membership options.

Other charges
In addition to the subscription fees, members 18 years and over are subject to ‘other charges’ including the $200 House contribution, $65 Golflink and Affiliation ($265 in total). 

Payment
The payment options available are payment in full or via installments.
Payment in full can be made in person, over the phone, or bank transfer. We are currently working on online payments through the website, so please keep an eye out for future notifications. 

If you wish to pay via installments, this will be done so over 6 installment from the 28th of June 2021 to the 28th of November 2021. The fee to pay via installments is $40 per annum. A new form will need to be completed and returned to the office prior to the 12th of June 2021. This form will be sent out with your renewal notice and also found below. You are welcome to return your completed form at your earliest convenience.

House Credits and Prizes
Finally a reminder that your Prize vouchers and balls won between 1st June 2020- 31st May 2021 must be redeemed through the Proshop by the 30th of June 2021. Prize Vouchers and balls won in June 2021 will roll over to the next subscription year. 

House Credits must also be used by the 30th of June 2021. Members may recall that the expiry of the 2019-2020 house credit was extended to 30th June 2021 due to covid; please ensure your house credits are redeemed in their entirety.
